If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to assist you!
We offer the option to return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, with return shipping at the customer’s expense.
You can return the product in exchange for a store credit, a different product, or a direct refund using the original payment method.
Please take note of the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- – Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- – Returned items must still have the label and be returned in the original packaging.
- – Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- – Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Select the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
2. Email privatesale@ibrigu.it specifying the order confirmation code and reason for return.
3. After receiving return confirmation, pack the box and affix the waybill provided by the company.
4. Wait home pickup by the courier.
